Subject: Sad News

Hi Classmates,
Ginger (Rea) Duffy called and told me that
 Bev (Plowman) Taylor passed away.
She thinks the services will be Dec 1.

She asked for my opinion about making a memorial contribution to a charity in Bev's memory, since she was one of the organizers of our 50th reunion.
I agreed that it was a good idea.

I imagine the obituary will be in the Sentinel later in the week.  gjsentinel.com

Keep the Taylor family in your prayers...
Don
Hi Don,

That is such sad news to hear on Thanksgiving week...we will all give thanks for our blessings and say a prayer for dear, sweet Beverly and her family.
May Gods winds of destiny carry Beverlee's soul aloft to dance with the stars in Heaven.

May God give peace to her family as she has peacefully laid her earthly burdens down.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her....Lindy

Hi, Don. and Gary We are all really sad about Beverlee's death. Ginger and I are meeting Sunday afternoon  to work on a collage of pictures to be used at her memorial service.  It is to be Sat. Dec. 3 at the First Methodist Church. at 9:30 AM. I expect there will be a lot of people there. One suggestion I gave Ginger is that the  senior class at GJHS is raising money for memorial bricks to be placed on a patio outside the south side of the school .  I think the details are on the GJHS  web page. Anyway I thought it would be appropriate to buy at least one brick in Bev's name.  Any one can have a brick in their name.with the year on it.  I know about this because my twin granddaughters are Seniors there this year and will be in the graduating class of 2006. Susan is starting home from Texas today so I will be contacting her too. If anyone has pictures of Bev at our reunion, we would appreciate copies so we can use them at her memorial. Ginger doesn't have a computer, so they can be sent to me, Nancy Witt at  wittangl@aol.com.  Thanks , Don  and Gary for any  help you can give us.  Tony Taylor has offered to help us get things ready.  We thouight we would see what we can use out of the video that was made for our 50th Reunion and maybe do a power point presentation.  Let us know if you have any other ideas. Pray for Gene. He is really going through a hard time...Nancy Harper Witt
