Kathaleen Uyvonne Lindenschmitt

October 19, 1919 - April 17, 2005

 

Kathleen went home to be with our Lord, Jesus on April 17, 2005 at 85

years of age. Kathaleen Lindenschmitt was born in Grand Junction, CO on October

19, 1919 to parents Delbert and Gladyse (Pickering) Billings.

Preceding her in death loving husband Henry Erich Lindenschmitt died 19 April 1998. She married Henry Erich Lindenschmitt in 1935 and from this marriage was born Gary Gene Lindenschmitt and Kay Lynn Webb.

She is survived by son Gary Lindenschmitt and his wife Francene of Granite Bay, CA. a daughter Kay Lynn Webb and husband Jon Webb of Orangevale, CA.

Sister Bernadine Reeves and her daughter Gaye Marie (Clark) Blasic both of Phoenix, AZ. She also leaves four grandchildren  Tami(Lindenschmitt)Pino and grandson-inlaw David Pino. Norman Webb of Orangevale and Kathy(Webb)Van Gennep of Panama City, FL. Grandson Gary Dean Lindenschmitt died 20 April 1996.

Two great grand-daughters Jenae Pino and Kabrina(Pino) Ho and great-great granddaughter Jasmyne Leilani Ho of Roseville, CA 

Preceding her in death sister Naomi (Coleman) Billings 14 December 2003.

brothers Donald Billings of Portland, OR and Glenn Billings of Grand Junction.

The family left Grand Junction, CO in 1954 moving to Roseville, CA to work for the Southern Pacific Railroad. Kathaleen was a Citrus Heights, CA resident for 51 years in the house they built.

She brought joy and kindness to all who knew her. She knitted and crochetted garments for everyone in the family. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.  Growing beautiful roses, camelias, azalias, tomatoes and oranges.

 She never missed working her Sunday crossword puzzels even on the day she died from a heart aneurism. Her sisters kept Mom aprised of all the relatives in Grand Junction and she wished them all good health. As family Matriarch leading by deed and example she will be an inspiration to all of us.
