     I have some simple rules for users to follow when using the BBS.
   
1. No handles. If you're not using your true name then what you have to 
   say is probably not true either.

2. Regular access gives you Free Access to over 1,000 PD programs.
   Your time limit will be 30 minutes for downloads or reading messages.
   You can place ads in the Sac4Sale message area which goes to over
   100 BBS's in the local area.

3. Registered users will have 2 hours on-line time & access to 12 CD-Roms
   with over 30,000 PD ShareWare programs. With your help more CD-Rom disks
   can be added.
        
4. When using the message areas don't use obscene language. If you want to
   get personal with another user please mark the message PRIVATE.

5. EMail or NetMail as it is sometimes called is available to all users.
   You can send a message to a user of another BBS anywhere in the world.
   The only catch is the other BBS must be a member of the FidoNet and with
   over 30,000 members worldwide the chances are good you'll find one on the
   list. If you don't know how to use EMail or just exactly what it is for
   just leave me a message for help. InterNet E-mail can be sent and
   received World Wide, it is free even for first time callers.

6. If you need help or have questions about the BBS just leave me a message
   and I will respond. Download "my_rules" text file and print the form.
